Our Impact
Since 2002, A Call To Men has mobilized hundreds of thousands of male-identified aspiring allies to women and girls. We work to transform society by promoting healthy, respectful manhood and offering trainings and educational resources for companies, government agencies, schools, and community groups.
Our training methodology is proven to have a lasting impact on individuals and communities. A study of 300 male-identified students participating in our Live Respect curriculum found a significant shift in attitudes following the training:
- Before the training, only 21% of boys understood that they are taught to view women and girls as the property of men. Post-curriculum, that number increased to 90%.
- Before the training, only 19% of boys understood what consent means. After the curriculum, that number spiked to 75%
Countless companies, nonprofits, and communities have reported significant transformation after participating in our trainings.

In 2021, we reached more more than 100,000 people with 145 trainings and events in 11 countries. Our thought leadership has global reach, with more than 4 million impressions on social media in 2021 and 96 editorial mentions (with a potential reach of 1 billion).
We are a data-driven organization, constantly measuring and evaluating our work in order to be as effective as possible. Yet at our core, we are community organizers devoted to meeting people where they are, educating and empowering them to be part of the solution.
